Welcome!

I have been thinking about blogging for a while now, and my new class gave me the incentive that I needed! I just started working in a school library, and have been learning all sorts of new things. This year, my goal has been to make the library a fun and exciting place that students actually want to go to. I am thinking about making this blog about the books that I am reading. Right now I am reading Moon Over Manifest, which just won the Newbery. It took me a long time to get into the book, and now I am more or less hooked, but still find that it is taking me a long time to finish it. Do we think our students will stick with it that long?
